This is a full-time position responsible for the implementation of all project sales and service, can follow SOP procedures and utilize resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Main Job Task and
Responsibilities:
Ability to install electronics, alarm systems, audio video system, routers, networking, and WiFi Manage daily email and general correspondence for new projects and existing clients as needed Review / Submit Client Service Work Orders for billing via PSA Tools Key Competencies excels with people and communication proficient with computers and electronics problem analysis and assessment judgment and problem solving demonstrates good decision-making skills demonstrates good planning and organizing skills demonstrates good work and time management skills attention to detail and high level of accuracy information gathering and monitoring initiative integrity adaptability teamwork and collaboration loves the technology and electronic industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology / or equivalent work experience and two years project management / service experience preferred.
