Answer phones Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers Input data Schedule appointments and manage employee calendars Take detailed notes over the phone from prospective clients.
Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents Schedule closing with all parties involved in the transaction Requirements:
Must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented Excellent verbal/written communication Strong computer, data entry, typing and telephone skills Compensation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
